“Typically buyers will view multiple properties at any given time and then take home the floor plans to compare and scrutinize each property to determine which layout is best suited to their needs.”
So we gather that floor plans are one of the most important features of presenting your property to buyers, so you would believe that Estate Agents would provide one for every property right? Wrong!
You’d be surprised to know that there are many estate agents that do not provide floor plans for rental properties, or even properties for sale!
